Comprehensive Job
Readiness and Technical Skill Workforce Training
The Job Readiness and Technical Skill Workforce Training consists of a comprehensive service that includes essential skill training to prepare future technicians for the rigor and critical thinking skills needed to successfully certify in Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical Vehicle and Construction Trades technical training. During each phase of training the students will undergo pre and post assessments, hybrid instruction and assess under designated industry recognized credentials.

At Eden Career Institute, we understand the importance of equipping you with the tools and resources necessary to navigate the job market successfully.
Our comprehensive checklist of job readiness resources includes:
Intake – Assistance provided to trainees all stages of the onboarding application process
Essential Skills Instruction – Instructional development for critical skills and behaviors necessary to maintain employment.
Case Management – Record management throughout training and the initial employment terms (up to six months)
Placement – Job placement within specific area of skill training
